The Director of Talent/Human Capital Analytics will transform organizational strategy into a strategic workforce plan that ensures the right talent is in place to drive future success. Partnering with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, HR business partners, and talent acquisition. This leader will forecast and define future talent requirements, assess organizational readiness, and develop analytics-based talent strategies.
