Department SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and high impact HR professional to lead EchoStar’s Talent Acquisition function. This role is a key member of the executive HR leadership team and responsible for ensuring successful delivery of best practice talent acquisition across the various brands of EchoStar, including but not limited to DISH TV, Sling, Boost Mobile, Hughes, etc. In partnership with key business leaders and functions throughout the organization, this position is responsible for leading the delivery of recruitment and hiring for Professional, Frontline, Executive and College recruiting functional areas, in addition to the infrastructure and enablement teams that enable the Talent Acquisition team to attract high-quality talent for all lines of business within the organization.
