Job Description

The Brand Collective is a full-service Branding/Web/Digital Marketing & Events Agency located in both Miami, Florida and El Segundo, California, specialized in working with hospitality and lifestyle brands and driven to create authentic brand experiences through brand creative, digital strategy, media, influencer marketing, content development, social media and public relations. We are currently looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist , to join our amazing team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a mid-level role responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and equity. This is a strategic and creative role that requires a solid understanding of branding, consumer behavior, market trends, and marketing principles. The Digital Marketing Specialist possesses excellent communication and client facing skills, as well as the unique ability to collaborate across departments and inspire others to achieve brand goals. Plays a crucial role in shaping the perception of a brand and driving overall business growth.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies aligned with the client's overall business objectives. 
  • Conduct research on competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement in the digital marketing strategy.
  • Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor social media trends, promotional ideas, utilize sophisticated strategies and inspire technological solutions across digital platforms as needed while having a practical, balanced, and organic approach to growing the brands;
  • Be an expert voice in meetings with teams as well as clients to share your knowledge and present ideas in a creative setting;
  • Ensure appropriate marketing strategies are deployed as well as achieved, schedules defined, budgets planned and campaign KPIs and benchmarks for success are put in place to align teams;
  • Work with brand analytics to identify the most important audiences and best customers for the brand and tailor messaging;
  • Learn to serve as an internal expert on digital campaign metrics. Monitor and prepare reports with a focus on ROI. Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns based on client goals;
  • Lead photo and video shoots to produce creative content and develop content strategies and to support all digital platforms;
  • Create and curate content for various digital channels, such as blogs, social media, and email marketing. This may include writing blog posts, creating social media posts, and drafting email newsletters;
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance using tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Constant Contact and other software to generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.

 

Skill Qualifications:

• The right candidate will have 4+ years of experience in an agency environment;

• Skilled in print, digital, web, social media, storytelling, and brand-building with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;

• Excellent presentation skills for communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client groups;

• Passion and understanding for progressive innovative trends and technologies;

• Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;

• A great attention to detail and eye for amazing design;

• Must be proactive, enthusiastic and show a willingness to go the extra mile;

• Outgoing, energetic and able to communicate clearly with teams;

• Excellent reporting skills;
