Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Desired Experience: A bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field or the ability to demonstrate proven experience in these areas. **Portfolio and/or work-sample submissions are required for further consideration. Type: 1099 contract, flexible, 100% remote (will preferably reside in EST or CST time zone)
Pay: $30-$35/hr
Hours: Part-time, 15-25/week

Job Summary:  We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our company’s online presence and engage with industry leaders through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital channels, and utilizing data to enhance our brand’s visibility and impact in the construction, real estate, hospitality, financial, and professional services industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging digital content including videos, infographics, blog posts, and social media graphics. Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels such as social media, SEO, email marketing, and websites.
  • Analyze customer data to identify target audiences within the construction, real estate, hospitality, financial, and professional services sectors. Create tailored strategies to effectively reach and engage these groups.
  • Oversee social media accounts, curate relevant content, and engage with followers to boost brand visibility and foster relationships with clients and industry peers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics. Adapt marketing strategies to leverage new opportunities and address evolving challenges.
  • Identify and manage opportunities to showcase our expertise through industry events, webinars, and other promotional venues.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics. Provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Craft persuasive and engaging copy for various digital platforms and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Oversee Marketing Associate efforts and ensure adherence to brand standards, content schedule, and overall strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). **Portfolio and/or work-sample submissions are required for further consideration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and a passion for marketing and design.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
