We’re looking for a talented Digital Content Producer to join our creative team—someone who can seamlessly blend visual artistry with strategic thinking to produce compelling content that connects with audiences.

Position Summary:

As a Digital Content Producer, you’ll be responsible for the conception, creation, and execution of high-quality digital content—including photography, video production, editing, and copy development—for advertising and marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual content including ads, brochures, websites, identity/logos, banner ads, billboards, and more.
• Manage all aspects of photo and video production—from pre-production planning (shot lists, storyboards) to post-production editing.
• Attend all photo and video shoots as required.
• Edit and refine multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud and related software.
• Develop and contribute headline and copy concepts as needed for projects.
• Collaborate with creative and client service teams to align content with strategic marketing goals.
• Source and coordinate vendors, models, equipment, and props.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, proactively communicating any potential delays or resource needs.
• Oversee quality control and provide final sign-off on production materials before client review.
• Maintain and manage photo/video equipment and stay current on industry tools and technologies.
• Proactively recommend and implement upgrades to software and hardware when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, photography, video production, and editing.
• Proven experience producing digital content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and superior time management.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communicator and a team player committed to shared success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency experience or background in advertising and marketing.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.
