About the Role

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking   Diesel Technicians of all levels (C-Level, B-Level, and A-Level)to join our team. Whether you're just starting your career or have years of hands-on experience, we offer the opportunity to develop your skills, perform vital maintenance and repairs, and contribute to the safety and efficiency of our fleet. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on experience and technician level, and may include:

  • Perform Repairs

    • C-Level: Conduct preventative maintenance, oil changes, tire repairs, and basic inspections.

    • B-Level: Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.

    • A-Level: Execute advanced diagnostics, major component rebuilds, and complex electrical and engine repairs.

  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting

    • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system issues.

  • Regulatory Compliance

    • Perform inspections and repairs in line with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

  • Collaboration & Efficiency

    • Work closely with the parts team and shop leadership to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.

  • Professional Development

    • Participate in OEM and in-house training to continue building your skills and advance your technician level.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Experience:

    • C-Level: 1-3 years of experience and willingness to train.

    • B-Level: 4-5 years of experience.

    • A-Level: 6+ years of experience performing advanced diagnostics and repairs.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities appropriate to your level.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt as technology and regulations evolve.
