Job Overview:
The Global Incentive Compensation team is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance internal technology solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. This role supports various mission-critical business processes and requires a strong foundation in Salesforce administration and development. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions through all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce configuration, profiles, and security models while maintaining and configuring development and test instances for internal sandboxes.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical staff to design and configure cutting-edge Salesforce.com business solutions.
• Document best practices and processes in a SOX-compliant manner.
• Participate in sprint meetings to provide updates, refine requirements, and collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and UAT teams.
• Quickly learn new features and technologies to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Deliver fast and reliable code while adhering to Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
• Good understanding of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts.

Pay Range: $70 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
