Job Description

Chapman Collision Center in Tempe is looking for a Detailer to join our team! In this role, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for delivery to customers after repairs are completed. Core Responsibilities:
  • Wash and dry exterior of vehicles after repairs are complete, removing any grease or other debris.
  • Vacuum and wipe down vehicle interior, including upholstery, glass, mirrors, steering wheel, etc.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Automotive detailing experience in a body shop environment is a plus.
  • Must understand or be willing to learn appropriate use of automotive detailing supplies, including which chemicals to use for interior and exterior and proper application.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thorough workmanship is essential.
  • A positive, team player attitude is a must.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment: The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. This role requires the ability to work in a climate-controlled shop environment, walk or stand for extended periods, and frequent bending, stooping, and maneuvering around vehicles.
