Overview:
The Design Director, Brand + Packaging will lead a talented creative team, driving exceptional design work and ensuring the highest standards of creative excellence for clients across multiple brands.
This role requires proven experience in a tier-1 or tier-2 creative agency environment , with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. The Design Director will oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with client goals, while fostering team growth and maintaining profitability.

Pay: $120,000 - $130,000
