We’re looking for a Content & Strategy Lead to help drive client success through intentional strategy and creative execution. This role is responsible for developing monthly content strategies tailored to each client’s brand goals and leading content capture during on-site media days.

ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Client Planning
• Develop monthly content strategies using the 3-Funnel Method (Awareness, Engagement, Conversion)
• Create content calendars in collaboration with our internal team
• Lead monthly strategy calls with clients to align on goals and upcoming campaigns
• Assign funnel percentages and content types aligned to each brand’s marketing objectives
Media Day Leadership
• Lead and direct monthly on-site content shoots (primarily video and photo)
• Communicate with clients to prep them for shoots and ensure clarity on expectations
• Collaborate with our editors and designers post-shoot to ensure assets match strategy
• Capture basic iPhone content as needed for behind-the-scenes or UGC-style posts
Team Collaboration & Execution
• Translate strategy into actionable deliverables for video editors, designers, and coordinators
• Provide creative direction and campaign ideas aligned with each brand’s identity
• Ensure all content is cohesive and consistent across platforms
Requirements• 2+ years experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or creative direction
• Strong creative eye with a clear understanding of aesthetic, on-brand content
• Ability to conceptualize and guide trending content that aligns with each client’s voice
• Well-versed in Canva for content design, layout, and creative execution
• Confident on set and capable of giving direction to both clients and team
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Meta tools
• Organized, proactive, and excellent at leading both logistics and vision
• Based in or near Northwest Arkansas (must be present for media days)
