Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 ( Salary based experience. )

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the architect of our online presence, transforming ideas into compelling content that resonates and converts. This role demands creativity,  strategic acumen , and a keen eye for detail. Expect your day to include:

  • Developing and executing our comprehensive content strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency, audience growth, and alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Crafting persuasive and engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, website content, and our bi-weekly newsletters, always with a focus on  storytelling .
  • Creating a diverse range of high-quality content , including graphics, short-form videos, and written pieces, tailored for each platform and designed to meet strategic goals.
  • Managing and growing our communities on Instagram and LinkedIn, fostering interaction and responding to comments and messages, all as part of a larger community engagement plan.
  • Curating compelling newsletter content , from ideation to writing and scheduling, ensuring timely and impactful communication that supports our content strategy.
  • Analyzing content performance using tools like  Google Analytics and leveraging data to optimize strategies for maximum reach, engagement, and contribution to our business goals.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform future content strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing and business objectives, contributing to the  overall brand narrative and content ecosystem .

What You Bring

You're a strategic thinker with a creative spark, possessing a strong understanding of what makes content perform and how it integrates into a comprehensive content plan.

  • Proven experience in creating engaging content across various digital platforms, showcasing a strong portfolio and a clear understanding of content's role in the customer journey and  overarching strategy .
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for transforming complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that serve strategic purposes and excel in  storytelling .
  • Preferred agency experience in content creation, demonstrating an understanding of fast-paced environments and client-centric approaches to strategic content development.
  • Deep familiarity with our industry , including current trends, key players, and audience behaviors, enabling you to contribute strategically to content direction.
  • Expertise in managing and growing Instagram and LinkedIn profiles , with a solid grasp of their respective algorithms and best practices, and how they contribute to a holistic content strategy.
  • Proficiency in curating and copywriting engaging newsletters that drive open rates and click-throughs, furthering strategic communication goals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work seamlessly within a  highly collaborative team and articulate content strategies clearly.
  • Comfort and experience with marketing and content tools such as  HubSpot ManyChat Adobe Creative Suite Canva Meta Business Suite  and  Google Analytics .
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a relentless drive for innovation, always considering the strategic impact on our content efforts.
