Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve professional liability claims across various U.S. jurisdictions.
• Work closely with defense counsel on litigation strategy, reserving, and negotiations.
• Conduct coverage analysis and utilize ADR, mediations, and expert review processes.
• Collaborate across departments in an environment designed to support shared expertise and ongoing growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of claims experience; healthcare or professional liability background preferred.
• Interest in learning emerging coverages and legal frameworks within healthcare.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a growing, ambitious team.
