We're a place where you can apply your passion-and find endless opportunities to help make communities more equitable, resilient, and livable. **Your Opportunity** As an intern, you will work in a team environment and have exposure to residential and commercial development projects which may include infrastructure design, construction observation, land and earthworks analysis, stormwater management, and studies for feasibility, servicing, drainage, and property development potential. This position is an office-based role. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Gather project data * Prepare and assemble reports and drawings * Perform routine calculations * Assist with CAD drafting and design, and preparation of construction documents * Observe and attend meetings with design team, and other project stakeholders * Other related tasks as assigned **Your Capabilities and Credentials** * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Requires understanding of basic AutoCAD and Civil 3D * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take direction * Ability to work independently * Must have a good driving record, and valid driver's license * This position will require the successful passing of an AutoCAD Evaluation. **Education and Experience** In progress towards earning a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Join us and redefine your personal best. **Pay Range:** * Locations in VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 48,300.00 - Max Salary $ 65,100.00 **Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
