We are a new Restaurant location that will be opening soon once construction is complete. Team Member Responsibilities

• Serve guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency in the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or mobile order channels
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items in a safe, clean, and timely manner in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace — including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen stations, and service counters
• Prepare and package beverages, desserts, and meals accurately and efficiently
• Take guest orders with professionalism and a cheerful, engaging attitude
• Demonstrate hospitality through eye contact, friendly tone, and genuine connection with guests and teammates
• Support a high-functioning team by working quickly, communicating clearly, and stepping in wherever needed
• Uphold Chick-fil-A food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Operate kitchen and FOH equipment safely and responsibly
• Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks without needing constant oversight
• Maintain a high level of consistency, reliability, and dependability
• Follow all restaurant policies, health guidelines, and dress code standards
• Embrace feedback and opportunities to grow in skill, leadership, and character
