Certified Psychometric Rater - Contract - Pasadena CA

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will focus on administering and scoring neurocognitive and psychometric assessments as part of clinical studies. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and reliability of study data, with an emphasis on adherence to protocols and guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in psychology, neuroscience, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical research or neuropsychological assessment.
• Familiarity with cognitive/psychometric instruments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

The Certified Psychometric Rater's responsibilities will be:

• Administer standardized neurocognitive and psychometric assessments according to study protocols and guidelines.
• Score and document assessment results accurately in both source records and electronic systems.
• Participate in training and certification to ensure consistency in assessment ratings.
• Adhere to blinding protocols and monitor participant engagement during assessments.
• Collaborate with study coordinators and investigators to maintain protocol compliance.
• Address data queries and support monitoring visits and audits.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and data handling.

Compensation:

• $20 to $45 per hour.
