State Farm Insurance Agent located in Orange, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented, Bilingual (Spanish/English) Life Insurance professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Alex Mora - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including health and life insurance.

Although we prefer an experienced Life agent, we will train the right person with the right skill set. Please apply today and we will follow up with the next steps.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

What we offer:

Base Salary plus commission/bonus
Group health plan. $300 monthly allowance.
Dental and Vision; paid by owner.
Group Life $75,000; paid by owner.
401k with 4% match

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property and Casualty insurance license (must have or be able to obtain)
Life & Health insurance license (must have or be able to obtain) PM24
