We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Development Representative to expand our client base and drive new business. This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for connecting with realtors, loan officers, builders, and investors to promote our title and closing services.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with real estate

professionals, lenders, and investors

 Promote and educate clients on the benefits of working with Louisville Title Agency for real estate closings

 Facilitate Spanish-speaking real estate closings

 Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand our presence in the market

 Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients

 Assist clients with closing-related questions and documentation in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:

 High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred

 Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

 Sales or business development experience preferred but not required (real estate, mortgage, or title industry experience is a plus)

 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

 Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for growing business

Hours & Compensation:

 Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start time)

 Compensation: Competitive salary + commission structure based on new business generated
