RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched
• Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs
• Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
• Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services
• Always maintaining an organized and clean workspace
• Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees
• Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Employer's values in all interactions
• Other duties given by supervisor, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-3 years of automotive technician experience
• Automotive Dealership experience preferred
• Highline or European experience a plus
• Automotive technical training or certification from an accredited automotive technical school preferred
• ASE Certification a plus
• Smog license a plus
• Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools
• Must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Great communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

COMPENSATION:

The Service Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $50.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. * Hourly and Flat Rate based on experience and certifications.
