Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal motions, briefs, and discovery documents. Conduct legal research and support case preparation for various litigation matters.
• Client Communication: Aid in fostering constructive relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication, and preparing client updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
• 1+ years of litigation experience, including legal research, drafting, discovery, and client communication.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
