Overview

AMA is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized, creative minded Artist Operations Manager to support the artist development of a global artist. In this role, you will work closely with the Artist Manager/Executives to ensure the seamless execution on various album promotion campaigns along with artist development and logistical needs for our artists. This is a key support position that requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Executive teams to understand priorities, needs and collaborate across departments including PR, Radio, Marketing, Tours, Business Development and A&R.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage artists’ projects effectively from ideation to execution, while collaborating closely

with the rest of the team and within requirements, processes and expected results.

• Communicate with related internal/external label/distribution partners to execute various activities and events.
• Support Executivs/Artists Manager on integrated marketing activities, implementing promotional plans and overseeing marketing strategies
• Prioritize, maintain and communicate project milestones effectively and anticipate

potential risk or challenges.

• Manage relationships with key international partners and throughout the music industry.
• Oversee product roadmap across Workfront and develop efficiencies.
• Identify additional areas of opportunity for further potential development.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and information flow between the Artist Operations team and other internal teams, including management, creative, A&R, and marketing. Help resolve logistical challenges and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Administrative Support: Document processes, track key deliverables, and maintain organized records for all projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the music industry or a similar entertainment field specifically related to Artist Development, Marketing and Management.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and personalities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle unexpected changes.
• The ability to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with cultural sensitivity and global dynamics.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.(Korean and Japanese)
