Art Coordinator – Digital & YouTube Production

Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site Only)

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Art Coordinator to join our team and help bring to life high-energy, visually engaging content for one of the largest family-friendly YouTube channels (30M+ subscribers across multiple channels). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving production environment and has a passion for digital media, set design, and prop styling.

You will work closely with our Production Designer and Creative Team to execute the art direction for scripted challenge videos, large-scale mystery productions, and immersive sets. We need someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and hands-on who can manage logistics while also contributing to the creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Art Department Coordination: Assist the Production Designer in designing and executing visually compelling sets for YouTube videos.
• Set Dressing & Prop Styling: Source, organize, and arrange props, set pieces, and costumes to enhance storytelling.
• Pre-Production Support: Create mood boards, pull reference images, and assist with planning artistic elements for each video.
• Prop & Material Sourcing: Research and acquire props, wardrobe pieces, and materials for upcoming productions while staying within budget.
• Art Department Logistics: Manage production runs for props, décor, and costumes, ensuring all necessary items are ready for shoot days.
• On-Set Execution: Assist with setting up and breaking down sets, moving props, and adjusting set dressing throughout shoots.
• Inventory Management: Maintain organization of the art storage space , keeping track of all props and materials.
• Collaboration with Production Team: Work alongside wardrobe, production assistants, and talent to ensure all artistic elements align with the creative vision.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior digital media production experience STRONGLY PREFERRED (YouTube, TikTok, social media-driven content).
• Prior experience in Art Department, Production Design, or Prop Styling STRONGLY PREFERRED (film, TV, commercials, or digital).
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation REQUIRED (occasional production runs).
• Hands-on experience in set dressing, prop styling, or scenic work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy production environment where shoot schedules and creative needs can shift quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills – must be able to juggle multiple productions at once.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – we’re looking for a go-getter who’s excited to help grow our existing channels and expand into new ones.
• Creative problem-solving skills – can think outside the box when working with tight timelines or budgets.
• Comfortable with light construction, painting, and DIY fabrication (a plus, but not required).
• A strong understanding of YouTube content trends and aesthetics is a plus
