Aptean ERP Expert Needed

Are you an Aptean ERP pro with a passion for empowering teams through training and system optimization? We're looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Aptean ERP Expert to lead the charge in training cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Aptean ERP software across the organization
• Train various departments on system functionality, workflows, and best practices
• Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system usage and improve business processes
• Assist in system upgrades, configuration, and integration projects

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Aptean ERP software
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process flows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in training or instructional design is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
