What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in translating customer needs into technical solutions, collaborating with internal engineering teams, and ensuring our customers succeed with high-impact nanoimprinting technology.

• Customer Support: Be the go-to technical expert, providing hands-on troubleshooting and solutions for AR smart glasses and other applications.
• Technical Specifications: Work closely with customers to capture their needs and translate them into product, process, and solution specifications.
• Pre-Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals that drive engagement.
• Product Integration: Assist customers in integrating Morphotonics' solutions into their manufacturing, ensuring seamless deployment.
• Testing & Validation: Work with the sampling team to test, validate, and refine our solutions based on customer requirements.
• Documentation & Training: Support marketing and technical teams by creating user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance our technology.
• Commercial Collaboration: Support the sales team with insights on market needs, competitive positioning, and value propositions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Must-Haves:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Optics, Software, or related field).
• Experience: 2-5 years in application engineering, technical support, or R&D, preferably in AR, wearable tech, or hardware industries.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AR technologies, smart glasses, and nanoimprinting technology.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
• Commercial Acumen: Experience in customer-facing roles, balancing technical depth with business needs.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for identifying and resolving challenges.
• Collaboration: A hands-on approach to hardware/software integration, thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in optical systems, displays, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Familiarity with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of process validation and quality control in tech industries.
