Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring the office is running smoothly. Owns all general office management, including administrative activities, employee experience, some financial aspects, and reporting functions.
Pay: $20 per hour, Non-Exempt

Minimum Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in general office administration
- Advanced skills in communication and organization
- Sound judgement and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Have strong internal and external client-focused behavior
- High energy, friendly, and an outgoing personality
- Must be proficient in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Must have great attention to detail and have demonstrated organizational skills
- Must be proficient in all MS Office software applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and perform simple calculations involving decimals and simple fractions.
- Must be able to carry out a large number of detailed written or verbal instructions with multiple steps, in complex systems, performed with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Prior experience with Applied Epic is a plus

Essential Functions
- Renew Agency licensing, including non-residence
- Print and process checks generated by our accounting service.
- Process operating deposits
- Sort/prepare mail
- Office maintenance
- Ensure all office supplies are in stock
- Manages monthly meal/Company outings
- Monitor and process all receipts and reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Create new employee digital signatures for Epic and form letters
- Administer eFax (set up and remove users)
- Administer ShareFile and RightSignature
- Administer Phone System; adding/deleting employees, updating directory, troubleshooting phone issues.
- Gather data and prepare standard and custom reports with information necessary for decision-making.
- Backing up the Director of First Impressions
- Work closely with the Operations Manager on special or miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, bend, stretch, and walk. Vision requirements include reading a computer monitor, peripheral vision, and the ability to look from the screen to objects on the desk to visitors walking in the door. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Work is frequently performed inside a temperature-controlled office building. Level of noise varies in this fast-paced, busy work environment.
