About FINO Tequila:

FINO is an ultra-premium tequila brand that represents elegance, craftsmanship, and innovation. With a growing presence in luxury markets, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and lead sales and relationship management efforts across Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing FINO retail and on-premise accounts, ensuring brand visibility and long-term loyalty.

Sales & Repeat Orders:

  • Drive sales of FINO Tequila through both new placements and regular follow-ups for ongoing repeat orders. Ensure high-touch customer service and timely order fulfillment.

Tasting Events:

  • Organize and manage in-store and on-premise tastings or promotional events as needed to increase product awareness and consumer engagement.

Administrative, Compliance & Marketing Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as product registration paperwork, licensing coordination, and basic logistics/shipping documentation as needed in coordination with our operations team.
  • Identify PR opportunities and secure brand placements across relevant media channels

Reporting:

  • Submit monthly sales reports to FINO partners, summarizing account status, tastings held, sales performance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in liquor, beverage, or sales preferred (especially in wine & spirits)
  • Solid understanding of Illinois liquor sales laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to accounts

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-Time: 4 hours/day
  • Hourly Rate: $27/hour
  • Bonus: Commission on sales and account growth
  • Potential: Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company expansion
